Also thought it was weird our hallway and elevators were always cold. The staff does try to maintain everything and every staff member we encountered was very nice. But there were some stains and wear on the bed skirt and curtains. But housekeeping sent somebody to fix it (we did not mention either of these issues to anybody as they were minor). When we first arrived the stopper in the sink was down and my husband had to crawl under the sink to raise it because the lever was broken. The rooms are starting to show some age on them. We really enjoyed this hotel in staying with children to be away from the strip.
